Bound Ascent - Handmade Wooden Lamp by DAE

A form that holds tension and movement at once.

Bound Ascent follows the natural curve of the wood, wrapped and guided by rope. The structure doesn’t resist gravity - it negotiates with it.

There is a sense of upward motion, but also restraint. The rope defines the path, holding the form in place while allowing it to rise.

Light appears as a result of that balance - suspended, quiet, intentional.

Each piece is one of a kind, shaped by the natural character of the material and the way it is bound.
