Description

The Golden Hour Armchair is a restored vintage armchair created by DAE in collaboration with Georgian artist Anano Kevanishvili.

The illustration is inspired by the atmosphere of the Dadiani Palace and the quiet beauty of late afternoon light. Anano Kevanishvili depicts women in a calm, intimate garden scene: two figures enjoying a picnic in warm sunlight, while a third woman rests on a sofa, wearing a dress influenced by Nino Chavchavadze’s era and traditional Georgian attire.

The composition carries subtle references to Georgian cultural heritage, aristocratic environments and feminine presence.

The armchair has been fully restored and upholstered with custom-printed textile featuring the original illustration, transforming a functional object into a collectible art piece.
