Three women, three scarves, three stories

Three women, three scarves, three stories

A Small Gesture, A Subtle Shift

Life has a rhythm. Often, it’s the rhythm of routine – familiar streets, repeated errands, moments that pass without leaving a trace.

But sometimes, all it takes is one small gesture to shift everything. Just for a moment. Just enough to make the day feel different.

On April 13th, we went to the Deserters’ Bazaar – a place full of movement, noise, color and stories.
We brought our scarves.
And we asked three women, strangers to us – if they would wear them for a photo.

They smiled. They agreed.

It was a simple act. Nothing grand.
But in that moment, something quiet and beautiful happened.

A connection.
A flicker of recognition.
A shared moment between our world – of creating, designing, imagining – and theirs.

We don’t believe our scarves, posters, or furniture are just beautiful objects.
We believe they carry something more – the potential to connect people, to warm up a space, to shift a mood.

And if on that ordinary day, we managed to bring even a little bit of joy,
if we brightened someone’s walk through the bazaar,
then that means everything to us.

Because it’s these small moments – tender, human, true – that remind us why we do what we do.
